Strengthen, stretch and lengthen your muscles while improving posture and reducing stress and tension with Pilates at Gallagher Way the first Thursday of every month. All levels welcome! Be sure to bring your own mat.

All participants must complete the Fitness Waiver Form. Please complete the form online in advance. Waiver forms will be available on site the day of each event.
