Every Tuesday and Thursday Gallagher Way offers FREE Yoga classes sponsored by Chicago Athletic Clubs. Classes teach breathing exercises, postures, relaxation and meditation to stretch, strengthen and condition.
All participants must complete the Fitness Waiver Form (https://www.gallagherway.com/fitness). Please complete the form online in advance. Waiver forms will be available on site the day of each event. Make sure to bring your own mat as well!
