Baseball season may be over for the Cubs, but Wrigley Field will soon be put to good use! On Saturday, November 4th, the Northwestern Wildcats will be playing the Iowa Hawkeyes at Wrigley Field!

“In the most recent Wildcats Classic, Northwestern hosted Purdue on November 20, 2021. It marked the first game played at the Friendly Confines since the Wildcats faced off against Illinois in 2010, the ballpark’s first college football game since 1938. In 2010, “ESPN College GameDay” originated its broadcast from the corner of Clark and Addison, with the historic Wrigley Field Marquee —painted purple — serving as the backdrop” (NU Sports).

Kickoff is at 2:30 pm, but you already know Wrigleyville will be partying much earlier than that. Find out whose open early, and what to do after! There’s no better place to celebrate than just feet away from Wrigley Field.
