We hope everyone had a great Easter weekend! Have you checked the weather for this weekend yet? If not, we recommend checking, it might make the rest of your week more tolerable. Here are some of the best events this weekend in Wrigleyville and Lakeview East.

Record Store Day

If you think the best way to enjoy music is by spinning a vinyl record from start to finish, you may want to listen up.

This Saturday is National Record Store Day. A day where fans who appreciate the “real way music should be enjoyed” can come together at their local record shops, discuss albums, enjoy some live shows, and hopefully even score some deals. Fortunately for us, have three great record stores in the area!

Groovin High is an eclectic record store tucked away on Belmont that is a record hunter’s dream. Groovin High will be open from 7 AM to 7 PM and the first 100 customers will receive goody bags and there are 100s of new releases for the day! 1047 W. Belmont

Reckless Records Doors open at 10 am at this iconic record shop. We recommend getting there early, for there is going to be a large amount of very exclusive records only available for the holiday! Special inventory is likely to sell out before closing at 7 pm. 929 W. Belmont

Gramaphone Records Opening up at noon, Gramaphone Records will have 10% off all used records, and staff will be DJing the day away! Open till 6 pm. 2843 N. Clark
